Black Lime Salmon with Roasted veggies
I just discovered (and then immediately made) the persian seasoning called black lime. This wonderful, rich, deep limey flavor penetrates the salmon beautifully, giving a citrusy air that you'll want more of. I gotta practice more black lime dishes. I love this stuff.
